  • I love how friendly the staff is, I feel like I am leaving my daughters with family when I drop them off. I also enjoy the camras that I can access at work to check on them when I want to. My daughters are both happy to be there when I drop them off and have learned so much! I would not trust any other daycare!

    Rick and the ROC Management staff caused us tremendous emotional, physical, and financial stress by failing to provide a lease in a timely manner. We applied to rent a home with Rick, and spent two weeks acquiescing to senseless, unnecessary demands in an honest effort to respond to his directives and finalize the lease in spite of the approval of the homeowners. We had the money, and wanted to move in immediately. Instead, we repeatedly were asked to wait, and we waited patiently for his office to get us the lease and figures for the funds needed. We were strung along, with the promise of the lease like a carrot. Without any communication at all with us, or our agent, that there might be a problem with the rental agreement, we ultimately lost the home to another applicant 90 minutes before our scheduled appointment with Rick to sign the lease, and hand over the certified funds in return for the keys, literally 14 hours before the movers were scheduled for our move. We had no idea that additional applicants were still under consideration. While what Rick and ROC Management have done may not be illegal, their actions are irregular, very unprofessional, and highly unethical. From the communication I have from the home owners, it sounds as though Rick led them to believe that we were causing the delay. Nothing could be further from the truth. In hindsight, it seems obvious that Rick did not want to rent the house to us, and deliberately dragged the process out so long, the owners were convinced to go with another applicant. The two week delay to finalize the lease and losing the home caused us considerable problems finding a home and meeting deadlines for our move. We found Rick and ROC Management to be poor communicators, and very slow. They were not honest with us, or with the owners of the home we hoped to lease and eventually buy. ROC showed absolutely no sensitivity to our plight and the trouble they caused us. The agent we worked with after our unfortunate dealing with Rick was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would never list, lease, or buy a home from Rick or ROC Management.
